What can I review?
Companies, businesses, and individuals you’ve dealt with directly — employers, contractors, landlords, freelancers, professionals. Reviews must be about your own first-hand experience.
What isn't allowed?
Hate speech, threats, harassment, and unverifiable defamatory claims. Reviews about someone you’ve never dealt with. Second-hand accounts written as first-hand. Coordinated review bombing.
How does moderation work?
Every review passes a basic moderation check before going live. Flagged reviews are sent back into moderation. We may request evidence for high-severity claims.
Can a company remove a negative review?
No. Companies and individuals can claim their listing and post a public reply, but they cannot remove negative reviews. We only remove reviews that break the guidelines.
How do I report a review?
Every review has a flag button. Use it for factual disputes, abuse, or policy violations. Flagged reviews go back into moderation within 48 hours.
Can I stay anonymous?
Yes. You can publish anonymously, but you still need an account. This keeps the platform accountable while protecting you from retaliation.
