Could Be Better

My experience with this individual was fairly average and unfortunately didn’t quite meet my expectations. While they were generally polite and approachable, I found the overall level of communication and organisation could have been better.
There were a few occasions where responses were slower than expected, and I sometimes had to follow up to get updates or clarification. The work itself was completed, but I felt that more attention to detail would have improved the overall result.
I appreciate that everyone has busy periods, and there were no major issues during my experience, but I did expect a little more consistency and professionalism throughout the process.
On the positive side, they were willing to listen to feedback and were reasonably helpful when issues were raised. With better communication, organisation and attention to detail, I think the experience could be significantly improved.
Overall, it was an acceptable experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
