Strong technical skills but room for improvement

This employee demonstrated good technical knowledge and was capable of completing complex tasks independently. However, working collaboratively could sometimes be challenging.
Communication within the team was not always clear, and there were occasions where important information was not shared until late in a project. This created unnecessary pressure for other team members.
With stronger communication and a more collaborative approach, I believe they could become a valuable asset to an organisation.
