Disappointing customer service experience

I visited this business expecting a straightforward and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately, the service was below expectations.
Staff appeared disorganised, and we had to wait considerably longer than anticipated. When we raised our concerns, the response felt dismissive rather than helpful.
The quality of the product itself was reasonable, but the overall customer experience needs significant improvement. Hopefully, management takes customer feedback seriously.
